Thank you for checking out what we do. My name is Tommy, and I will be working with you throughout your planning process. No worries, I have been doing this for ten years and have developed a full-proof method to make this EASY and even FUN!

When you decide you would like a little more information about what we offer, or if you are ready to check our availability for your date, please contact us! Message through the website, give us a call, send a text, or use whatever mode of communication you are most comfortable with.  I am a middle school teacher full time, so expect a response around 3:00 or 4:00 if I don’t respond right away.  At this time I will do my best to answer any and all of your questions about what we can do to make your event perfect.

I typically like to have these in person.  My office is located at 5289 Mays Landing Road, Vineland NJ, 08361.  If this is a little further than you care to travel, no worries.  I am completely comfortable setting up a phone or facetime conference.  During this meeting, we will walk through everything we have to offer for your special day:  Entertainment, Photo Booths, Lighting, etc.  We will put together a package that will suit your exact event needs.

I will learn as much as I can about the event:  date, times, venue, entertainment expectations, etc.  With this, I create your very own personalized online planner.

This is where you can login to give me every last detail of your event: grand introductions, song choices, special dances, etc.  I will create this and walk you through step by step during the meeting.  It is extremely user friendly and trust me when I say you will LOVE it.  This makes it so you can do all your planning from the comfort of your own home.  You are more than welcome to book our services at this meeting, but there is absolutely no pressure.  You will have the freedom to go home, discuss it with your family, and easily login to the online planner when you are ready to retain our services.

After the first meeting, you are considered a pending client.  To confirm our services for your date, we require a deposit of half down, per service.  When you are ready, login to the online planner and make your way to the Digital Contract.  Double check that all the information on the contract is correct, then type your name at the bottom.  Once you submit that you will be prompted to pay your retainer right then with either a debit or credit card.

Here is why this is awesome.  As soon as you make that first payment, you are automatically moved from Pending in our system to Confirmed! That date is now yours and we are your entertainment company!

So, now that you have booked with us (GREAT choice by the way), you are free add to your online planner at any time.  Depending on your event, you may have one or several Event Worksheets to complete before our Final Meeting.   You are also free to make payments as you wish toward your remaining balance.   If you want to add a service at any time, just contact us and we will add it to your Entertainment Bundle.  A retainer of half for the service will make it yours for your day.

Oh, and never hesitate to setup a meeting to discuss any aspect of your event in this in-between period.  I am yours from the day you book until the end of your event!

I like to meet a final time about two weeks prior to the event.  At this meeting, we make sure all paperwork is completely filled out and that we understand every last detail of your event.  We want your day to be perfect, and this is how we insure that.  If there is still a final balance, that is also due at this time.Oh, and never hesitate to setup a meeting to discuss any aspect of your event in this in-between period.  I am yours from the day you book until the end of your event!

Three days prior to your event, you will locked out of your online planner.  We do this for two reasons.

  •  We like to have everything squared away at the Final Meeting.
  •   If you DO make any changes, it is OK.  I just like to personally know about it just in case I already printed your paperwork.  No worries, by now we will be old friends so just shoot me a call or text and I will make the changes for you

By now, we have worked very closely putting together your perfect day, the online planner has been a breeze, and we have been working so closely that we feel like family.  Now all you need to do is show up and have a BLAST!  We are ready to have just as much fun as you are!
